This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have, in accordance with India's Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) — India's data protection law currently being implemented in phases, with full compliance obligations applicable by May 2027. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Order & Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, shipping/billing address, and order history. Payment details (cod/card/UPI/netbanking) are processed directly by our payment gateway partner — we do not store your full card/payment credentials on our servers.

b) Marketing Information: If you opt in to our newsletter, email list, or WhatsApp updates, we collect your email/phone number for that purpose only.

c) Automatically Collected Information: When you visit our website, we (and tools we use) may automatically collect your IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and time spent, through cookies and similar tracking technologies — including analytics tools and, where enabled, advertising pixels (such as Google Ads or Meta/Facebook Pixel) for ad performance and remarketing. We currently do not run remarketing campaigns, but we may enable this in the near future; this policy will be updated when we do, and a cookie consent option will be added to the website accordingly.

  • To communicate order updates, respond to support requests, and handle returns/refunds

  • Analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Meta), only for the purposes described above, and only once such tracking is active
  • Government or legal authorities, if required by law

Our website uses cookies to: keep the site functioning correctly (essential cookies), understand how visitors use our site (analytics cookies), and, where enabled, show relevant ads and measure ad performance (advertising cookies). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work properly if you do.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above (e.g., order history, legal/tax record-keeping, or until you request deletion), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. CHILDREN'S DATA
