This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. It applies to all orders placed on the Repelora website.

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently deliver across all of India (Pan-India). If, for any reason, your pincode is temporarily not serviceable by our courier partner, we will inform you at the time of order confirmation and offer a refund/cancellation.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required. There are no hidden delivery charges.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and dispatched from our domestic warehouse within [1–2 business days] of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day. (You can adjust this number if your actual processing time is different.)

4. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on our courier partners and external factors (weather, regional disruptions, courier delays, etc.). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any unusual delays.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link/number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, so you can track your shipment's status in real time.

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) — DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Since we currently accept COD only:

  • Please keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Our courier partner will typically attempt delivery [1–2 times] before returning the order to us.
  • Repeated unavailability or refusal to accept a COD delivery without valid reason may result in the order being cancelled, and may affect your ability to place future COD orders with us.

7. ADDRESS & CONTACT ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address/contact details provided by you. If you spot an error after placing the order, contact us immediately at support@repelora.shop so we can try to update it before dispatch.

8. DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If your order is damaged in transit, lost, or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@repelora.shop within [48–72 hours] of expected delivery, and we will investigate with our courier partner and resolve it — via replacement or refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

If you order multiple products together, they will generally be shipped together in a single package. In case of a split shipment (e.g., due to stock location), you will be notified separately for each shipment.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our courier partnerships, processing times, or coverage. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision.
