1. ABOUT US

Repelora is an online store selling pest control and repellent products (such as rat repellent spray, lizard repellent spray, and similar items) in India. We operate on a dropshipping model — orders are fulfilled and shipped through our supplier/fulfilment network rather than from our own warehouse. This may result in shipping timelines and packaging that reflect our fulfilment partners.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website, as our products are chemical-based pest control items. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing or product error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No advance online payment is required to place an order.
  • We may contact you via call/SMS/WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch, especially for high-value orders.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — including for reasons such as suspected fraudulent/fake orders, repeated COD refusals on past orders, incorrect address/contact details, or stock unavailability.
  • An order is considered confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation message/email from us.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location and courier/fulfilment partner.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or fulfilment partner issues. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for COD orders; repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

6. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Our products are pest repellent/control sprays and must be used strictly as per the instructions on the product label/packaging.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets unless the product is specifically designed otherwise.
  • Do not ingest, inhale directly, or use contrary to label instructions.
  • We are not responsible for any harm, damage, or adverse reaction resulting from misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow label instructions.
  • If you have specific health sensitivities or are unsure about product suitability, please consult product packaging or a relevant professional before use.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, available on our website, which forms part of these Terms.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Place fraudulent, fake, or malicious orders (including fake COD orders with no intention to accept delivery)
  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or functioning of our website
    We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access for users who violate this section.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including the Repelora name, logo, text, images, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repelora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to delays in delivery, third-party courier issues, or product misuse. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Repelora harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. PRIVACY

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
